Dear Forum Users,

I t has recently be drawn to my attention that people may be having problems posting due to some confusion caused by the layout of the 'posting' page. This post will hopefully clarify some issues.

REPLYTING TO EXISTING TOPIC

• Make sure you are reading the thread that you want to reply to.
• Click on 'Add Reply' on the right above the message.
• You will be directed to a new page that will be a web form in which you can type your message.
• Type your message in the main white text area.
• Scroll down to the BOTTOM of the screen and click 'Preview Post' to check your post or 'Add Reply' to upload your post

*Please note that the green 'UPLOAD' button directly under the white text area refers to uploading attachments for your post, and does not upload your actual post to the forum*

ADDING A NEW TOPIC

• Make sure you are in the relevent forum for your topic (i.e. you are in the 'Groupwork' forum if your post is about Groupwork).
• Click on 'New Topic' on the right above the message.
• You will be directed to a new page that will be a web form in which you can type your message.
• Add a short 'topic title' and 'topic description'
• Type your message in the main white text area.
• Scroll down to the BOTTOM of the screen and click 'Preview Post' to check your post or 'Add Reply' to upload your post
